Service delivery managers are highly knowledgeable about their clients’ business and specific technical needs, and can also provide recommendations for improvement based on strategic objectives, regulatory compliance requirements, and best practices for IT management.

Tom is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of Nexus, shaping the strategy, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

Tom Wojcik has been working in the IT business for over 15 years. He began his journey as an entry-level system engineer and worked his way up the corporate ladder to become a director of IT in the technology industry.

Throughout his career, Tom has gained a wealth of experience in system engineering, network administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and project management.

In his early days, Tom worked with several IT companies, gaining valuable experience in a range of technologies and client management methodologies.

He honed his skills in project management, and quickly became known for his ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Over the years, Tom has worked on many major projects for various clients, including large corporations, and small businesses. He has also built strong relationships with partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.

As a senior executive, Tom is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of Nexus, shaping the strategy, and leading a team of highly skilled professionals. He has an excellent track record of driving innovation and leading successful digital transformations. He is also passionate about using technology to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. His extensive experience and leadership skills have made him a trusted advisor to many companies seeking to leverage technology to gain a competitive edge.

Edward Rolon

Director of Sales & Accounts

Edward is a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Edward Rolon is an IT professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He started his career as an IT Technician, providing technical support to clients and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Over the years, Edward has developed a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and became an expert in managing complex systems.

After several years of working as an IT Technician, Edward decided to shift his focus to Sales and Account Management. He joined Nexus Technology Provider as a sales representative in 2021, where he used his technical knowledge to sell IT solutions to clients. Edward quickly excelled in his role, and his passion for technology and customer service helped him build strong relationships with clients.

As director of sales and accounts Edward’s main priority is to ensure that clients are compliant with all regulations and due diligence requirements. To achieve this, he works closely with vendors to negotiate the best possible deals for clients. Edward takes the utmost care to ensure that any deals are in the best interests of the clients and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. He strives to provide the most cost- effective solutions, taking into account all legal and financial implications. Edward is committed to providing the highest quality of service and value to clients. This approach helped him close deals and build a loyal client base.

Today, Edward is a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and a passion for helping businesses succeed. He continues to work in the MSP industry, using his expertise to provide clients with customized solutions that meet their unique needs.
